About Me.
I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University College London (UCL) in the Department of Civil, Environmental & Geomatic Engineering (CEGE), UK.

I completed my Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) under the supervision of Prof. Paolo Gardoni. My doctoral dissertation addresses some of the fundamental challenges in developing realistic models to study infrastructure’s behavior under disruptive events and the cascading effects of infrastructure failures on the performance of businesses and supply chains.
I have degrees in Building Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Italy (M.Sc. 2016 - highest honors) and Politecnico di Bari, Italy (B.Sc. 2014 - highest honors).
